- Focus on patient service. Cancer patients are offered a complete range of sophisticated, high-tech treatment services in a comfortable, patient-friendly environment. All aspects of patient care are addressed.
- State-of-the-art product offering. Within each market, cancer centers are established offering the most advanced treatment alternatives available.
- Joint venture agreements. The Company will partner with local investors, hospitals and/or physicians in order to appropriately address specific market needs.
- Centralization and standardization. The Company will consolidate key processes using the most efficient and economical means possible through a centralized training and resource center. The Company has standardized major treatment parameters and has implemented an information management infrastructure that allows it to efficiently collect new information and seamlessly incorporate changes in the standard of care.
- Hub and Spoke regional expansion model. Within each region, the Company will establish one to three centers over the first 18 months from market entry, and then will rapidly expand with strategically located Spoke centers in order to secure first-mover advantage. The initial centers will become regional centers of excellence.
