Cancer Treatment Services International builds and operates a network of integrated cancer treatment facilities with the goal of improving access to advanced treatment modalities in regions where cancer treatment options are currently insufficient or nonexistent.

Cancer Treatment Services International Inc. (CTSI) is a provider of comprehensive outpatient treatment for cancer patients with a main focus on medical oncology and radiation oncology. The Company was founded in 2006 by a core group of physicians and healthcare professionals with substantial experience in the development, operation and networking of cancer services on a national and international level. The Company specializes in providing innovative, technologically advanced treatment alternatives to areas of the world where treatment is currently inadequate in either capacity or quality.

The Company forms joint ventures with local businessmen, hospitals and/or physicians both in the U.S. and internationally. With those regional partners, CTSI constructs and operates state-of-the-art treatment facilities for cancer patients, and each center takes advantage of centralized core services that enable high-quality patient care through an efficient operating model. The Company plans to establish several centers in the U.S., however, it envisions a significant portion of its centers will ultimately be located outside the U.S.

CTSI’s first U.S. clinic began operations in 2007. Located in Casa Grande, Arizona, the clinic has raised the level of care in the community by providing state-of-the-art treatment alternatives and highly trained physicians and staff. The Company has subsequently opened treatment centers in Boca Raton, Florida and Chula Vista, California. CTSI has several other projects in development both in the U.S. and abroad, including its largest to date international treatment center to be located in the city of Hyderabad, India.
