Our office is a "paperless" environment, meaning that we rely on an electronic medical record system to document each patient's care. This makes comprehensive patient information available at our fingertips, which allows for streamlined patient care and better communication with referring physicians.
The clinic is staffed by educated and experienced healthcare professionals, who are readily available to answer the phone and to assist you directly. Personalized care on a first name basis is given by our fully trained and certified staff of medical assistants, oncology nurses, and radiation therapists. We use a team approach by working together with each patient and family.
The direction of treatment decisions also is a group effort rather than resting on the opinion of one physician. Weekly case reviews are held with a committee composed of oncologists from the Casa Grande facility with oversight from a subspeciality medical board. This process ensures appropriate treatment decisions, maintains a high quality of patient care and allows for consistent treatment methods.
